With over 6 years of experience in gut health and nutrition science, and personally having overcome challenges with inflammation, emotional eating, sleep issues, hormonal issues, food cravings, and nervous system dysregulation, Jill combines the most up-to-date science with her own healing experience and offers a holistic approach to mindful, science-backed eating to optimize gut health, reduce inflammation, enhance hormonal health, promote restful sleep, and regulate the nervous system, while also making food delicious, flavorful, and full of heart, health, and soul.
